A NOTE ON PRICING
Our pricing reflects current standard rates for the Greater Victoria region. Depending on the scope of your project, we will either propose a flat rate, time and materials, or a hybrid of both — so you always get a structure that makes sense for your job.
A NOTE ON PERMITS
Permits can feel like extra hassle, but they're one of the best protections a homeowner has. As a licensed Class B Master Electrician and Field Safety Representative, Derek is legally required to pull permits for almost every job (some exceptions apply) — and that's a good thing. Permitted work means its inspected and on record, keeping your home safe, your insurance valid, and your bases covered when it comes time to sell. Not to worry, we handle all of that for you from start to finish.
A NOTE ON SUSTAINABILITY
This industry can be wasteful. As a former spill response technician, Amie has seen firsthand what ends up in our waterways — On every job, we sort and recycle used wire and copper, bring old fixtures, bulbs, and outlets to proper recycling facilities, and plan our driving routes to keep emissions to a minimum.
